Pyithu Hluttaw Speaker U Win Myint received Mr. Ichiro Aisawa, Member of the House of Councillors and Chairman of the Japan-Myanmar Parliamentary Friendship Association, and party in Nay Pyi Taw on July 28, 2106.
During the call the two representatives discussed matters related to parliamentary relations and cooperation, bilateral cooperation in the economic, investment, education and health sectors and the country’s reforms and national reconciliation process. They also exchanged views on further friendship between the two countries.
