Pyithu Hluttaw Speaker U Win Myint received UN Development Programme (UNDP) Administrator Mr Achim Steiner and party at 2:00 pm at the building of Pyithu Hluttaw in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.
During the meeting, the two representatives discussed matters regarding the development of Myanmar’s Hluttaws, democratic reform processes, providing of development assistance and cooperation with UN organisations.
Also present were Deputy Pyithu Hluttaw Speaker U T Khun Myat and officials from Pyithu Hluttaw.
