Pyithu Hluttaw Deputy Speaker and Chairman of Joint Coordination Committee (JCC) on Hluttaw Development, U Tun Tun Hein, received Canadian diplomat Mr.Gerard Latulippe from National Democratic Institute (NDI) yesterday.
During the meeting, they discussed cooperation processes in sustainable Hluttaws development taken over by NDI, conducting courses for promoting capacity of Hluttaw representatives and Hluttaw staff and to hold workshops and exchanged views over Rule of Procedure.
Also present at the meeting were, Pyithu Hluttaw Hluttaw’s Rights Committee Secretary Dr. Hla Moe and committee member Daw Nang Htwe Thu, members of the JCC Daw Aye Aye Mu and U Tin Aung Cho, and officials from Hluttaw office.
