Chairman of Pyidaungsu Hluttaw’s Legal Affairs and Special Cases Assessment Commission Thura U Shwe Mann received Ambassador of the European Union to Myanmar, Mr Kristian Schmidt at Hluttaw Affairs Building I-11 in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday afternoon.
During the meeting, they cordially and openly discussed about cooperation to correctly assist the peace process in Myanmar, economic collaboration between European Union and Myanmar, promoting bilateral trade and cooperating more in Myanmar transition to democracy process.
